🏀 2026 Summer Basketball Registration 🏀
Our Summer Basketball program is for K –8th grade (Grade - Fall 2025/Spring 2026)
You may play up one grade, but you may not play down a grade.
This is a co-ed program, with most players being boys.
There will be 8 games and 1 practice per week.

Regular Registration: March 9 - May 14, 2026 - $245
Late Registration: May 15 – May 26, 2026 - $275

· K-1st
· 2nd/3rd Grade
· 4th/5th Grade
· Middle School (6th – 8th)
Important:
- Player must be 5 years old at the start of the season.
- Players may play up one year but cannot play down.
📅 Season Timeline
- Week of June 8– Rosters Finalized, Coaches Meetings Begin
- Week of June 15– Practices Begin
- Week of June 26 – Games Begin
- July 4th weekend – no games/practices
- TBD– Team Photos
- Aug 7th/8th Championship Games
Game Schedules
- K-1st – Saturday Mornings - 30min Practice prior to game
- 2nd – Middle School – Double headers on Saturday and possible Wednesday evening games
- Schedules will be published 1 week prior to game start date.
🏋️ Practice Schedules
- Practice days, times, and locations are selected by the volunteer head coach.
- Practice requests cannot be accommodated.
- Sports are limited to 3 total events per week (games + practices).
👥 Team Formation
- Teams are formed by the CFISD school your child attends (If outside CFISD, list the school closest to your home).
- If necessary, neighboring schools may be combined.
- Players do not have to attend CFISD to participate.
- Team. Formation begins after registration closes.
- Background checks on coaches must be completed before rosters are released.
- Once a coach has been placed and they receive their roster they will contact families via e-mail.
👋 Friend/Coach Requests
- Requests must be made before registration closes.
- Both players must be registered in the same division.
- Requests are not guaranteed.
- Players will not be moved to another age division to accommodate requests.
🧢 Coaches Registration
Please consider volunteering!
- Register as Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Manager (no cost).
- CFSA is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization.
- Coaches must pass a yearly background check (in our system).
- Co-coaching is allowed.
- Coaches must verify rosters prior to the first game. Failure to verify could result in a game forfeiture.

👕 Uniforms
Provided:
⚠️ Incorrect sizes or lost jerseys will require a reorder if the vendor can accommodate. Jersey cost, taxes and shipping are at the expense of the player’s family.

· The last day to apply for a refund is: May 14, 2026. Please review the Refund Policy prior to registering
· Other CFSA programs offered in the summer could have conflicting schedules. Please consider this when registering for more than one sport. If schedules do conflict you are not eligible for a refund.
